玻璃中永久应力的理论分析与数值模拟
Theoretical Analysis and Numerical Simulation of Permanent Stress in a Glass
摘要
Abstract
In order to analysis the regular and numerical value of permanent stress in a glass,based on the theoretical analysis of permanent stress in the glass,a model of elastic and calculation process for permanent stress is proposed in present paper.The producing process of structural stress and remnant thermal stress were simulated,which prove that structural stress generates at 567℃,where expansion coefficient of the glass diminishes,and is stable at 480℃,where expansion coefficient is stable.The numerical value of permanent stress in the glass obtained by calculation is 1.022MPa near edges,but 0.602MPa at the central region.The simulation reflects the actual producing process of structural stress accurately,and the numerical value is sensible.关键词
