摘要

Abstract

To establish a quantitative method for the determination of total polyacetylenes in fibrous root of panax ginseng, the analysis was carried out on UV spectrophotometry, the reference substance was panaxynol, and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. The linear range of panaxynol was 0. 043 - 0. 215 g · L-1 (r-=0. 999 7 ) ,the average recovery was 98.7% and RSD was 1.6%. The method is simple, fast and reproducible, which can be applied to determine the total polyacetylenes content in fibrous root of panax ginseng
