摘要
Abstract
CRM(Customer Relationship Management) namely meaning to manage the customer relationship,and it emphasized on taking the customer as the center.Along with the enterprise becoming an information based society development,the customer relationship management system has become one of enterprise's core management systems day by day.From the angle of software engineering,according to the object-oriented software implementation method,the paper made the demand analysis to the CRM system and the modeling using UML,as well as the database design using ER/Studio as database modeling tool.Finally it realized an information service platform of CRM system by means of techniques such as.NET and so on.关键词
