摘要
Abstract
Phage antibody library technology is a kind of molecular biological techniques recently developed. So far the phage antibody library is the most developed and widely applied techniques in the field of antibody preparation. It is a technique combined PCR technology with phage display technology, and express, secreting, screen on the appearance of the phage to obtain specific antibodies. In the following essay, the elements, construction, screening and application of phage library technology were summarized.关键词
