Abstract
The intemational environment law development has formed the quite perfect legal framework now and is playing day by day the vital role in the international environment protection domain. But, after a high development of nearly half a century, the international environment law has some problems and is in a difficult position in the development, so it is a natural choice to ana- lyze the issues and causes of the international environment law＇ s development and take relevant measures to make up the existing flaw to realize the breakthrough development of it.关键词
