中国房价波动的福利效应研究进展
Reviews on Welfare Effect Studies of Price Fluctuations in China
摘要
Abstract
In recent years the relationship between housing prices and housing welfare is given to more and more attention. Although the foreign researches have more contributions than the domestic, some researches under Chinese conditions should be promoted. On the whole, there are three major methods used in welfare effect studies of price fluctuations in China such as clas- sical measurement method, econometric model and the utility function. And their empirical studies show three kinds of conclusions： insignificant, positive or negative effects. But most of the literatures suggest that higher housing prices may lead to the welfare losses of the residents, and the affordable housing policy in China should be improved.关键词
