企业项目投资决策是资本运作的根本，要想获得并保持竞争优势，需要正确稳妥的决策。各类企业应有丰富而有效的决策方法，不断吸纳最新的决策方法来支撑决策行为。运用层次分析方法（AHP）确定企业项目投资决策时的各因素指标的权重，把握企业投资决策的主要趋势，以期为解决技术密集型企业项目投资决策中出现的问题提供参考。
