Abstract
Tourist economy is the important driving force of a regional economic development, and tourist talents resource is the basis of tourism economic development. The current Zhangzhou tourist talents management is not satisfactory, existing jobholders wastage rate high, low, the absence of personnel policy and training system, etc. Therefore based on the development status of Zhangzhou, taking tourist talents resource as the breakthrough point, on the current development of talents in Zhangzhou, some proposals are given.关键词
