The Research of Dielectric Properties of BZT Films Obtained by Sol-gel Method

Abstract
Ba（Zr0.2Ti0.8）O3 （short for BZT） films were prepared by sol-gel method. XRD patterns show that the films belong to the perovskite phase and no other phases are observed in the result. When the frequency is 1 kHz, BZT film has the lowest dielectric loss.关键词
