摘要

Abstract

Zinc oxide has many point defects(VO、VZn、OZn、ZnO、Oi、Zni),which have an important effect on photoluminesence of Zinc oxide.The paper summarizes reviews of point defects luninesence mechanism of Zinc oxide,because pure Zinc oxide luminesence is due to native point defects,defects levels corresponding to several native point defects obtianed by theoretical calculation,simultaneity doping different chemistry elements and adjusting oxygen partial pressure,sputtering power,substrate temperature and annealing temperature in abundant experiments,the changes of photoluminesence could be observed.Further luninesence mechanism of Zinc oxide film might be speculated.However different mechanism explanation have been obtianed.So far the luminesences mechanism of Zinc oxide film visible light has not been clear.
