GCr15轴承钢管快速球化退火工艺研究
On Fast Spheroidizing Annealing Technology for GCr15 Bearing Steel Tube
摘要
Abstract
With the fast spheroidizing annealing theory,the section samples of GCr15 bearing steel tube are got from the production field,and then the samples are tested according to different fast spheroidizing annealing plans.By observing the metallographic microstructure and measuring the annealing organization hardness,the best fast annealing plan is found.The spheroidizing annealing time is reduced to 7.2 hours and the energy can be saved by 20% compared with the traditional spheroidizing annealing technology.关键词
