脑梗死患者入院特征预测住院时间初步研究
Admission characteristics predicting hospital length of stay in inpatient with cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between hospital length of stay (LOS) and admission characteristics in in-patient with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 557 consecutive patients with principal diagnosis of cerebral infarction were enrolled. The admission characteristics and LOS were retrospectively analyzed. Results The mean LOS was 18. 5 d (median 16 d). Our analysis demonstrated that medical insurance status, stroke severity (NIHSS score, FIM cognitive and motor score, Glasgow coma scale),OCSP classification, some comorbidities (coronary heart disease,COPD and hyperlipemia) ,and raised leukocytes were the main explanatory factors for LOS by stepwise multiple regression model(P<0. 05). Conclusion Stroke severity,OCSP classification, raised leukocytes on admission,some comorbidities,and medical insurance status may help to predict LOS for cerebral infarction patients.关键词
