静磁场作用下骨骼肌细胞形态学变化的研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the morphological and numerary changes of skeletal muscle cells after exposed different density SMFCstatic magnetic fields). Methods The cultured skeletal muscle cells were exposed in the static magnetic fields for 12,36,60 h respectively. The skeletal muscle cell morphological changes were observed by taking photo. Results In 180mT group and 280mT group,cells significantly increased;In 360 mT group,cells grown a good condition before 36 h,but in 60 h,cells apoptosis was obviously observed. Conclusion Static magnetic fields intensity can promote cell proliferation in certain range, but high-intensity magnetic field (>360 mT) maybe is harmful to tissue health.关键词
