VEGF、PCNA及Survivin与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期的关系

Abstract
Objective To explore the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA)and Survivin in bladder tumor tissue and their clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry streptavidin-perosi-dase(SP) method was employed to detect the expression of VKGF,PCNA and Survivin in tissue of 50 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal bladder. Results Positive expression rates of VEGF,PCNA and Survivin in bladder tumor tissue were 56. 1% (23/41),56.5% (26/46) and 60. 0% (27/45) respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal bladder tissue(P<0. 01) and increased with increasing pathological grading and clinical stage of bladder tumor(P<0. 01). Conclusion Positive expression of VKGF,PCNA and Survivin have close relationship with the bladder tumorigenesis and development.关键词
