Abstract
This paper summarizes the development characteristics of the land subsidence in southern Beijing, mainly on thc local subsidence history, present situation and characteristics of vertical development. Based on the study, this paper analyzes the causes of land subsidence, and provides the reasonalble recommendations for the furore construction.关键词
