Political Ethics： the Basic and Fundamental Way of the Construction of the Party＇s Governing Capacity

Abstract
The construction of the Party.＇ s governing capacity has been of fundamental importance after the Party came into power. On the basis of an elaboration of the scientific connotation of political ethics, the article gives a deep analysis of the relationship between the construction of political ethics and the Party＇s governing capacity. It also makes clear the importance of the construction of political ethics.关键词
