摘要
Abstract
There are many factors affecting industrial development and such factors include cultural, economic, poli- cy and institutional resources in many areas. After nearly 10 years of development, Changshu cultural industry has a certain scale and the development of software and hardware to improve the environment, industrial distribution and brand building have taken shape. But industrial capacity is still insufficient and personnel, projects are inade- quate. Some repetitious nature of some projects is quite obvious. Changshu development of cultural industry devel- opment strategy should be based on their own strengths and weaknesses through analysis, and take the road of dif- ferentiation and centralization. From the formulation of specific goals, shift the strategic focus of the project design and regional differences in resource integration, protection of intellectual property, brands hatch, in-depth market- ing, etc., to achieve great development.关键词
