Abstract
As an academic exchange platform,journals play an active role in creating a scientific research atmo sphere,guiding teachers to have scientific research consciousness,promoting applied science research,cultivating talents and promoting the development of disciplines in newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities.The editors should adhere to the principles and purposes,take account of local characteristics,promote the con struction of characteristic columns,attach importance to building brands and highlighting applications,pay atten tion to cultivating the author team and promote the development of both discipline construction and journals关键词
