摘要
Abstract
There are main problems of local college graduates ＇ employment as follows.The quality of graduates is to be further improved,there is a lower level of employment,and employment areas are concentrated,with uneven regional distribution.There are many reasons affecting the employment of graduates.Firstly,there is a structural contradiction between professional settings in colleges and universities and changes in market demand.Secondly,the practical ability of graduates is to be improved.Thirdly,graduates are greatly affected by the traditional con cept of employment.Lastly,parents ＇ employment expectations are too high.In order to solve this problem,colleges and universities should participate actively in the employment of graduates,establish a new mechanism for improv ing the employment security,highlight professional features,construct a new model for personnel training,and im prove the new system of the guidance service.关键词
