Abstract
By the means of reviewing three movies and study on three renewal cases comparatively,this paper summarized that the evolution of urban renewal mechanism,and also proposed that the main trends for the future urban renewal is the consummation of land-use institution,the small-scale renovation and the employment opportunities provided.关键词
