Abstract
During the process of ac-sampling in power system , the whole cycle sampling is not synchronous. In allusion to the question, using commonly used software time synchronous sampling's technology, the paper puts forward two practical methods to measure ac-signal true root mean square. The first method calculates the period sampling points and periodic error points according to signal period and sampling period. It calculates true root mean square of the signal with periodic error points. According to sampling value when signal become negative from positive and before and after zero-cross point and sampling period, the second method gets the period of signal. It calculates sampling points N in a period and calculates true root mean square of the signal. The two proved methods' main features are briefness theory, wide application, smaller demand for hardware, and significantly improve the measurement accuracy, especially when industrial frequency period changed, the accuracy is very remarkable.关键词
