摘要

Abstract

We design a type of power quality monitor based on dual-core CPU, DSP and ARM combined with the hardware of high-speed simultaneous-sampling A/D converter, dual-port RAM and other hardware components. The hardware and software design and principle of the main functional model were expounded. Through the embedded Windows CE operating system in the ARM chip, we can operate and control the data acquisition module, as well as display, manage and network upload the monitoring data. The practicality and the accuracy of the instrument were proved in the standard signal source experiment.
