The Design and Implementation of a High-speed Solid State Storage System
摘要
Abstract
For the need of high-speed data storing of recorder, we designed and implemented a high-speed solid state storage system based on FPGA and single FLASH. The module of interface, controller, storage and power were included in this system. Adopting the technique of high-speed data smoothening and storing, it achieved the 30MB/s data storage speed. On the basic of interleave two-plane page program mode, we designed the "alternate" program mode, and efficient method of "area" address management and invalid block management.关键词
