Abstract

A test platform of non-contact SF6 density relay is designed to achieve the test on the SF6 density relay remotely in the non-contact way and to avoid the huge workload and the equipment loss in the traditional test. The test platform consists of the receiving component and the detection terminal and star-shaped network is composed by the radio frequency technology. The detection terminal is based on the detection circuit of Hall element for high-precision DC current to obtain the switch state of relay. In the receiving component, the output module with the electronic contact is used to simulate the state which is detected by the detection terminal. A test on the SF6 density relay is carried out by the platform and it is shown that the detection device for the current is with high-precision and wireless transmission for the switch state is reliable. The non-contact test is achieved remotely; the measurement and the collection are separated by the platform effectively and the efficiency is improved and the equipment loss and the hidden trouble are reduced.
