摘要
Abstract
One of the most important feature for Smart Grid is user interaction, and it is also a important method to improve the customer satisfaction. By the research of system construction which is connected to the Service Platform of user interaction, the paper proposes a design thought based on Metering Automatic system to build a Service Platform for user interaction, and takes Shenzhen power supply bureau as example to realize the design and development of Service Platform for user interaction. Energy consumer could get suggestions from Service Platform which is about the energy saving electricity. According to the suggestions of reforming device and changing the model of electricity using, it can make electricity using be more economic and more reasonable.关键词
