摘要

Abstract

With the issues of low conversion efficiency and low sensitivity existed in electromagnetic ultrasonic detection, a new type of parameter -adjustable pulse exciting source is developed. In this work, the detailed implementations of the controller, driver, power amplifier and feedback units are introduced. The experimental results and practical applications show that the exciting source has many characteristics such as multiple adjustable parameters, high output power and stable performance. This exciting source is applicable to the detection of cracks in steel plates and pipes based on electromagnetic ultrasonic technique.
