干旱胁迫下野生大豆和栽培大豆生理特性比较
Comparison on Physiological Characteristics of Glycine soja and Glycine max under Drought Stress

Abstract
Wild soybean and cultivated soybeans were treated by drought stress for 0,10 and 20 days in plastic pots filled with sand,malondialdehyde(MDA) ,peroxidase(POD) ,catalase(CAT)and superoxide dismutase( SOD)content of treated soybeans were measured. The results showed that wild soybean had less MDA than cultivated soybean under drought stress, which suggested damage of wild soybean membrane system was less than cultivated soybeans. Wild soybeans had higher POD and SOD activity, considerable CAT activity than cultivated soybeans under drought stress. Hence, with less superoxide anion free radicals, wild soybeans were less damaged by drought stress than cultivated soybeans. Results suggest that drought resistance of wild soymorebeans was higher than cultivated soybeans.关键词
