摘要

Abstract

A way to trigger high-voltage RSD with pulse transformer insulating high-voltage is presented in this paper based on the operation principle of RSD. This can fulfil the higher requirement to the trigger switch. The pulse transformer is used to insulate the high-voltage, provide adequate charge within limited time and saturate after delay for some time, hereby, the equivalent circuit is utilized for design the pulse transformer. The related parameters of pulse transformer and circuit are obtained. The saturation characteristics of pulse transformer is simulated, and is validated by experiments. The end, the experiment of capacitance with 10kV voltage discharging to load through RSD is carried to validate the feasibility of the project proposed in this paper. A main current with a peak of about 12kA, a full width at bottom of about 15μs, a di/dt of about 2kA/μs is acquired. The RSD is tested to be in good condition after experiments.
