摘要

Abstract

Welding current is a important factor which affect welding quality and depend on welding speed.Therefore,control circuit, speed control scheme and stability of wire feeding system occupy an important position in welding process.To overcome the shortcoming of current wire feeding motor control system,a speed control system based on grey PID is proposed.First.the wire feeding system of hardware composition is analyzed and the overall structure of dual-loop control system is put forward.Secondly.the control theory of grey PID is introduced.Finally,above method could simulate based on simulink.The simulation results show that the algorithm could predict the future trends of detection signal and used for fully digitalized wire feeding system with good quick dynamic response performance.lt has better capability than general PID algorithm.
