Abstract
Taking 20# carbon steel pipe φ 88.9×4.5 tube-tube butt welding for example, this paper briefly discusses all-positionautomatic TIG welding process and operation parameters,mainly including working conditions;groove type selection and processing;fitting up process parameters and requirements; pre-preparation of welding test; analysis of key process parameters' impact on weldjoint reasonable division of welding section according to the characteristics of force in all-position welding process; optimizationwelding process parameters and the formation of mature welding process through series of inspection and testing according to thestandard.关键词
