Abstract
In the large capacity and high parameter thermal power station,in the course of welding the desalting water tank,the welding stress and deformation must be produced because of its larger volume, the thinner wall thickness, the more welds.If the control of the welding deformation isn't good.it can make weldments dimension changing and influencing assembly,even make products scrap.it is very important to control the welding deformation.The control of the welding deformation is the important link to ensure the quality of desalting water tank,after the use of reasonable measures,can reduce the welding deformation effectively,ensure welding quality, improve using life of the desalting water tank.This paper introduces the construction and the connecting format of the desalting water tank,analyse the causes of deformation and the types,takes measures in these aspects of reasonable welding method,welding sequence,welding condition and measures of the preventing deformation,and achieves good results.关键词
