Abstract
By the use of fiber laser flexible workstation.it was studied how laser focus head posture and side-blown angle affect surface topography and textured surface roughness of roller,the influencing rule was analyzed,furthermore,the optimum texturing technology was summed up.The results showed that,with texturing spots distribution relatively independent and convex platform metal distribution centralized,in addition,without lap phenomenon among spots,the surface topography at specific side-blown angles in the position of 12 and 3 could meet requirement; the surface roughness could meet requirement at any side-blown angle in the position of 12 and 9. Taking into consideration both requirements of surface topography and textured roughness,the texturing result at position 12 was better than that of position 3.The results have been applied to actual production.关键词
