二氧化锡/碳气凝胶的制备与电化学性能研究
Electrochemical Performance of Tin Dioxide/Carbon Xerogel Composites as Anode Materials for Lithium-Ion Batteries

Abstract
The tin dioxide/carbon xerogel composites were synthesized by using vacuum infiltration method.Structural characterization and morphology of the composites were investigated by using XRD,TEM and SEM techniques.BET test was performed to determine the poresize distributions of carbon xerogels and the composites.The results showed that the nano-sized SnO2 particles(5~10 nm) were encapsulated in the pores of carbon xerogels.During the electrochemical tests the SnO2 in the composites exhibited capacity retention of 61.9% after 100 cycles of charge-discharge tests at 100 mA/g.关键词
