配电网安全性评价指标与方法研究
Research on Security Indices and Method of Distribution Networks
摘要
Abstract
This paper is based on the security rules of K（N-1＋1）,A relatively complete power grid security assessment index system is proposed.The proposed index system can reflect security level of power grid reasonably and overall to offer quantificational basis for drafting emergency measures for power grid security.Fuzzy Comprehensive model is used to evaluates the safety of distribution network.Finally,taking the radial 16 bus test system for example,the reasonableness and practicability of the proposed index system and method are verified.关键词
