摘要

Abstract

Smart grid is the development trend of future power grid.The paper mainly presents the principle of intelligent portable delay tester,which links with merging unit in the digital substation,then introduce the hardware design of intelligent portable delay tester based on ARM9 in detail.Achieving a multi-card application under the Linux system is an important feature of the device,which can be widely used in the digital substation.
