摘要

Abstract

To assess the insulation condition of capacitive high-voltage apparatus,on-line monitoring of dielectric loss angle(δ) is an effective measure.The system measure the dielectric loss is based on the relative comparison method,with GPS to achieve the accurate timing,with the FPGA(EP1C6Q240C8 chip) complete these functions,such as the control to the sampling logic of the last stage current,detect the real time frequency of the electric grid,and measure the temperature and humidity of the environment.The chip transmit the collected information to backstage sever via GPRS wireless network and Internet,later,show the result of diagnosis in the picture and make precise judgment of the apparatus's real-time insulation status by expert software which have the relative diagnosis strategies.Besides,the system can realize the functions of forecast alarm and alarm with mobile phone message,the graphic display of the expert software,speech sounds of the site.The working result of the system which was installed in GAOXIN transformer substation of Ji Ning power supply corporation show that the system have high reliability,accuracy,and stability,it have the important meaning to on-line monitoring of the capacitive device in electric system.
