Abstract
Fuel Cell is a device, which directly converts chemical energy into electric energy through chemical reaction, mainly using hydrogen as fuel. Due to the combustion and explosiveness of hydrogen, fuel cell must be highly safe. The PEMFC testing device was introduced in this article, which met the safety testing of PEMFC. According to the possible risk incurred during the testing process, the intelligent control was realized in this device.关键词
