一种合成锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的新方法
A novel synthesis method of cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 for Li-ion batteries

Abstract
The LiNi1/3CO1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode material was synthesized in air by co-precipitation-combustion process using LiNO3, Ni(CH3COO)2·4 H2O, Co(CH3COO)2·4 H2O and Mn(CH3COO)2·4 H2D as starting materials. Its composition, morphology, structure and performances were characterized by atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and charge/discharge test instrument respectively. The experimental results indicate that the synthesized LiNil/3Col/3Mn1/302 cathode material is well-crystallized with quite moderate and homogeneous particles; it has a-NaFeO2 layered and orderly structure and excellent electrochemical performance. When it discharges between 2.5-4.35 V, its discharge specific capacity is up to 169.05 mAh/g at first cycle, and retains 152.83 mAh/g at the 50th cycle. Under deep charge state, its structure changes less.关键词
