摘要

Abstract

The laminated lithium-ion secondary battery with Li4Ti5O12/LiMn2O4 system was prepared, and the major factors affecting the swelling problem were analyzed, including different Li4Ti5O12 materials, electrolyte acidity and additives of electrolyte, and gas components was investigated as well. Then a 35 Ah laminated Li4Ti5O12/LiMn2O4 battery was developed, which presented excellent cycling, storage and high rate performance. The capacity retention is over 87% after 3 000 cycles at room temperature and over 85% after 1 300 cycles at 55 13.
