摘要
Abstract
Dy-B-Si-0 glass-doped Ba0.6 Sr0.4 TiO3 ceramics powders were prepared by sol-gel method and sintered. Effects of Dy-B-Si-O glass additive on density, sintering temperature and dielectric properties of BST ceramics were investigated. The results showed that the sintering temperature of BST ceramics decreased and the density improved. Furthermore, the dielectric constant was increased with the increasing of Dy2O3 content in Dy-B-Si-O glass additive. The dielectric loss initially increased and then reduced to 0. 01, which met the demand of application in voltage adjustable capacitor.关键词
