摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the current issues of renewable energy integration and purchasing problems in China,which cannot be addressed by the existing polices,and suggests the introduction of renewable portfolio standards（RPS） into China.The concept and characteristics of common RPS are clearly defined,on the basis of which,the principles and implementation mechanism of China＇s RPS are proposed.The selection of all the factors that form China＇s RPS is systematically analyzed,and then a design scheme of China＇s RPS is presented.To guarantee China＇s RPS to play an effective role in the renewable energy scale-up development,some countermeasures are put forward to address the problems that might appear when the proposed RPS policy is carried out.关键词
