摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the efficiency optimization of asynchronous motor,a stator flux linkage max optimization control strategy in direct torque control was proposed. Based on the power loss model of asynchronous motor, an efficiency optimization algorithm by real time measureing stator flux and searching the optimal value online is presented to minimize the consumed power. Simulation shows that the proposed method can not only reduce the motor input power so as to improve the stable efficiency at low loads effectively but also maintain good torque dynamic performance. The convergence rate is also high enough.
