摘要
Abstract
The cycloconverter is mainly used in low speed,high-capacity situations. The main drive of 1580 mm hot continuous rolling project of Rizhao Iron and Steel Co. Uses the cycloconverter drive system from Siemens. Combined with the 1 580 mm hot continuous rolling project and author's experience of dealing with malfunctions , introduced the constitution of cycloconverter drive system, elaborated and analyzed the treatment methods on normal malfunctions. Focused on describing the application of Rl load balance and the malfunctions of excitation over-voltage, three phase voltage imbalance, three phase current imbalance, pulse encoder fault and the treatment methods for them.关键词
