EVALUATION ON THE HYDROCARBON SOURCE ROCK IN HUHE LAKE SAG OF HAILAR BASIN

Abstract
Huhe Lake Sag is one of the most abundant oil and gas resources in the periphery of Hailar Basin. Three kinds of source rocks are widely developed in it, including dark mudstone, coal and carbonaceous mudstone. Among them, the dark mudstone is most developed in the area of transgressive system tract. The comprehensive analyses of organic matter abundance, type and maturity of the hydrocarbon source rock in the sag show that all the three kinds of source rocks have reached medium-good levels. By means of chemical kinetics method, the hydrocarbon-generating kinetics model of the parallel first-degree reaction is established, and then the hydrocarbon-generating simulating experiments on dark mudstone and coal samples are separately carried out in study area. Based on the above, the recoveries for the original organic matter abundance and hydrocarbon-generating potentials of the source rocks are conducted. The studies show that the well-developed source rocks in Huhe Lake Sag possess much better petroleum exploration potentials.关键词
