Abstract
Focused on the characteristic of eternal frost formation and the requirements of rope coring drilling to the properties of rinsing fluids, by means of orthogonal experiment method, the property parameters such as low-temperature/cryogenic resistance, viscosity, fluid loss, rheological properties, wall protecting property, pH value and so on are optimized. According to indoor soak experiments and field test, two kinds of no-solid-phase rinsing fluids are proven to meet the demands of rope coring drilling in complex eternal-frost strata considering the previous properties and parameters. The applied results indicate that if the viscosities of rinsing fluids are in medium, their performances are pretty better in low temperature and can meet the requirements of rock flower discharge; the lower water loss can make strong effects in wall protection for the complex eternal-frost formation. The overall performance of the rinsing fluids are stable, and moreover their costs are lower, so they are suitable to be popularized and generalized.关键词
