摘要

Abstract

Based on the working principle of phase-selection switching on control device for ±800 kV DC power transmission from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai and in allusion to the pre-breakdown characteristic during the switching in process of circuit breakers (CB) and the impacts of ambient temperature and control voltage on switching-in time of CB, a switching in time model for typical CB, which is suitable to the testing of phase-selection switching in controller, is built and a on-site commissioning testing method for performance testing of phase-selection switching in controller is proposed, and a phase-selection switching in tester is developed. The proposed testing method is applied to on-site commissioning testing of Fulong converter station of ±800 kV DC power transmission project from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai. Testing results show that the proposed method can find and eliminate equipment defects effectiveness of the proposed are verified. timely, thus the feasibility and commissioning testing technique
