Coordinated Control Strategy of Voltage and Reactive Power in Whole Distribution Network

针对当前配电网控制现状,设计了配电网全网电压无功协调控制策略。以“电压自下而上判断,自上而下控制;无功自上而下判断,自下而上控制”为原则,引入节点间电压变化灵敏度概念,在保证受控点电压合格、无功就地平衡的基础上,根据节点问电压变化灵敏度对调控结果进行预判,兼顾不同的电压等级电网及区域电网的电压质量及无功平衡情况,实现高、中、低压配电网间多种调压及补偿设备的协调控制。该控制策略己投入试点工程应用,运行效果良好。
