Abstract
Reasonable selection of black-start scheme is significant to fast restoration of power system. A method based on entropy-weighted fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to assess power system black-start schemes is proposed to implement effective evaluation and sorting of black-start schemes. In the proposed method the more reasonable combination of entropy weight with expert preference weight is used; the evaluation indexes of black-start are reasonably fuzzified, and by use of the fuzzy evaluation information of the schemes and through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation the sorting of the schemes is realized in accordance with their relative superiors and inferiors. In the proposed method there are not complex calculation procedures of eigenvalue, optimization and so on, and there is also not the circumstance that the proposed method becomes invalid due to that one of the calculation procedures cannot stand up to a certain restrictive calibration. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the results of evaluation on black-start path for Tianjin power grid.关键词
