Abstract
Automatic testing system（ATS） is applied in industry,aerospace and automatic weapon widely.The trend of ATS development is standard,modular and serial production.The bus is the key basis for ATS.The advantages and disadvantages of the bus PXI and LXI are analyzed and a new ATS based on the new bus AXIe is introduced.关键词
