Abstract
According to the high speed storage system based on the Nand Flash which has been developed by our laboratory, this paper states the specific realization of the embedded file system, which makes use of the BF537 and the kernel of the integrated development environment Visual DSP ＋＋ called VDK. It also introduces the process of virtual address mapping and bad block mark to manage the bad blocks of Nand Flash and realize the address trans- mission of the file system.关键词
